Complimentary Fixes:
As a small local business, it is always our goal to do our best to make sure you are happy with the services we provide for you; however. We understand sometimes we may not always meet your expectations, but we promise you we are trying our best. We are always trying to improve.
*We also understand that you have a life to live and sometimes you may chip or break your nails, so we guarantee you within 10-days, aCer your service, and we will get your nails fixed for you.
*Complimentary fixes only apply to those who do GEL POLISH SERVICES or any of our ACRYLIC SERVICES.
*Please bring your receipt with you for the complimentary fix!
State-Regulations & Infections
*According to the State of Colorado Regula5ons, ALL NAIL-SALONS are only required by law to soak and sanitize the tools in BARBICIDE “Blue-Solution” for 10 minutes.
At our store, we soak all our tools in barbicide for the recommended <me, but we also take a step further and sterilize our tools in a UV SANITATION OVEN to further sterilize our tools to keep you
and our staff safe.
*Any infections prior to or after the visit, we are not liable for any medical bills. Unfortunately, we
have no control what you do before or after your visit, so we are not liable for any infections that may happen to you. We follow and abide Colorado State-Regulations and do our best to keep you and our staff safe. We can help remove ingrown, but we are not liable for any infections afterwards.
Refund Policy & Right to Refuse:
Our store has a NO-REFUNDS policy, because we sell a service. We understand that sometimes you may not like our services, but we guarantee you to fix any mistakes or redo your nails if you don’t like it. We are a small local business, and supplies are getting expensive, so we hope you
understand.
*There are no-refunds. However, if you did not like a service, please let us know at the front desk or give us a call after your service so that we can further help you to make sure you are happy during
your next visit.
*We also reserve the rights to refuse service under any conditions and circumstances.
Alcohol Service Policy
To enhance your experience, we are pleased to offer complimentary and/or
purchased alcoholic beverages in our salon. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:
1. Age Requirement
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. A valid photo ID
may be requested before service.
2. Responsible Service
• Alcoholic beverages are served in moderaHon. 2 drinks maximum for wine,
beer 1 drink.
• Staff reserve the right to limit or refuse service to any guest who appears or
sound impaired or intoxicated.
3. Consumption Areas
• Beverages may only be enjoyed within the salon premises and are not
permitted to leave the salon, and restrooms. Alcohol must remain in pedicure and manicure area.
4. Liability Waiver
• By accepting or purchasing an alcoholic beverage, guests acknowledge they are consuming responsibly and understand the salon is not liable for any incidents that may occur once they leave the premises.
5. Outside Alcohol
• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the salon.
6. Respectful Atmosphere
• Guests are expected to enjoy beverages responsibly and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for others.
